The culinary team, Mr. Kim and David, have more than 43 years of combined experience in the restaurant and food service industries. Before opening VII Asian Bistro, David was the previous owner of the Wok Stop Food Truck. Also, Mr. Kim was the original owner and cook of a well known local Vietnamese Noodle restaurant.
The menu at VII Asian Bistro is inspired by the Father and Son's Vietnamese heritage with Chinese influence. We strive to make our menu both convenient and appealing to a broad customer base by offering both dine-in and takeout service, as well as a combination of lunch service menu items during the day and more refined bistro-style dishes in the evenings.
